UK Sales Manager

The UK Sales manager will be the key contact for our B2B business in the UK. They need to have experience in managing key endemic accounts, managing independent retailers, and training key store staff members. COROS innovation is moving at a very rapid pace, and it's important that the UK Sales Manager can distribute key information and updates efficiently and effectively to ensure the consumer always hears about our innovations in real time.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key and independent retailers across the UK region
  • Organise and distribute information about key software and hardware launches across our B2B customers in the UK
  • Research and analyse consumer trends and purchase journeys within the UK market, ensuring COROS is always servicing the consumer in the most efficient way
  • Communicate lead times and product availability to our B2B customers throughout the UK
  • Maintain simple and efficient business relationships with our B2B customers in the UK
  • Distribute and maintain the retail displays within the UK market
  • Manage and implement retail staff training across the UK region


Requirements

  • Be able to display strong negotiating skills
  • 5 years of experience working with a sporting goods brand in the UK
  • Self-driven personality with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and experience in basic accounting
  • Experience with the Shopify platform is desirable but not essential

EU Operation Manager

COROS is growing its team and looking for an EU Operations Manager based in Almere, Netherlands. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient and high-quality operational support for our global team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, hands-on experience in European logistics, and the ability to collaborate across international teams. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with additional languages being a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships for warehouses within the EU, including process integration.
  • Monitor and enhance logistics operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments and inventory management.
  • Handle end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges such as inventory discrepancies and shipping delays, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Analyze logistics and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing and refining logistics and warehouse management processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and supply chain teams to align operations with business needs.
  • Provide data insights and reports on European logistics and warehouse performance to support decision-making.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics management, supply chain management, international trade, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, preferably in European operations.
  • Strong knowledge of international logistics, third-party logistics models, and European warehouse operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player with a high sense of responsibility.

About the Role

The Sales Manager for Germany & Austria will be the key point of contact for our B2B business, driving the development of this key market. This role offers the opportunity to shape business operations during an exciting phase of growth, bringing creative ideas to the table and executing them with autonomy.

The ideal candidate has experience managing key accounts, working with independent retailers, and training retail staff. They possess strong strategic thinking skills, hands-on expertise and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive within an agile and collaborative team setting.

This is a full-time role with the following responsibilities:


Responsibilities

  • Identify and devise a go-to-market plan with the most influential running, cycling and outdoor retailers within the territory, in collaboration with the Country Manager DACH.
  • Initiate and develop a network of COROS advocate stores across Germany and Austria
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all retail touchpoints and analyze performance data to refine future strategies.
  • Implement an efficient and profitable strategy to service and support independent retailers within the key COROS verticals
  • Organize and distribute information about new software and hardware products to B2B customers.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to optimize customer experience and sales strategies.
  • Communicate delivery timelines and product availability to B2B partners while maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Oversee the retail display strategy and plan & execute training sessions for retail staff throughout the region.
  • Define, track, and drive KPIs to measure business performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with a sporting goods brand in Germany or Austria, ideally in technical consumer goods.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent German (native level) and excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Self-driven problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Competitive mindset paired with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic accounting.
  • Passion for an active lifestyle (e.g., running, cycling, hiking, outdoor activities) is a strong advantage.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
