MARKETING

UK Sales Manager

The UK Sales manager will be the key contact for our B2B business in the UK. They need to have experience in managing key endemic accounts, managing independent retailers, and training key store staff members. COROS innovation is moving at a very rapid pace, and it's important that the UK Sales Manager can distribute key information and updates efficiently and effectively to ensure the consumer always hears about our innovations in real time.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key and independent retailers across the UK region
  • Organise and distribute information about key software and hardware launches across our B2B customers in the UK
  • Research and analyse consumer trends and purchase journeys within the UK market, ensuring COROS is always servicing the consumer in the most efficient way
  • Communicate lead times and product availability to our B2B customers throughout the UK
  • Maintain simple and efficient business relationships with our B2B customers in the UK
  • Distribute and maintain the retail displays within the UK market
  • Manage and implement retail staff training across the UK region


Qualifications

  • Be able to display strong negotiating skills
  • 5 years of experience working with a sporting goods brand in the UK
  • Self-driven personality with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and experience in basic accounting
  • Experience with the Shopify platform is desirable but not essential

UK Digital and Content Marketing Manager

The UK digital and content marketing manager needs to be experienced in the world of digital marketing, having already spent time managing social media, paid advertising, ambassadors, and educational content. They will be leading the COROS marketing plan for the UK region. Delivering our global brand strategy whilst using local assets and partnerships to help it resonate with the UK consumer base.

As a key part of our global marketing team, we would want you to bring calculated and creative new ideas to the table and be ready to go and execute them yourself. This will be a full-time role and you will be responsible for the following tasks.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the local territory social media pages, collaborating with the global Social media lead and customer service team to engage with and support the UK COROS community.
  • Work with the local paid ads agency to develop and execute the UK strategy, using data to improve the website sales ROI and increase brand awareness
  • Identify and grow new partnerships with local Youtube content creators
  • Analyse data to optimise COROS' local content creator partnerships across both YouTube and Meta
  • Coach creators to provide high impact and educational content that resonates with COROS' target consumers.
  • Grow and manage ambassador programs within the territory ensuring they are creating educational content which meets the brand's expectations
  • Travel as needed to local events including races, expos, and industry events


Qualifications

  • At least three years experience of working with content creators
  • At least three years experience working with direct to consumer sales
  • Proficient in English (Other languages are a bonus)
  • Self-driven personality with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong passion for an active lifestyle including running, cycling, hiking or other outdoor activities preferred

SUPPORT

Customer Support Agent - German Translation (Hybrid)

Join the COROS Wearables team, a leader in innovative sports technology, as we expand our technical support team in a vibrant growth phase. This hybrid role is tailored for those who blend a passion for sports and technology with a flair for delivering educational, empathetic, and reliable service. In this role, you will become intimately familiar with our product line and play a key role in enhancing the training experiences of COROS users worldwide.

We are seeking individuals who are not just passionate about their own training but are also driven to educate and inspire our users to achieve their best. Your main responsibility will be to address product-related inquiries, providing effective problem-solving solutions and technical support across various communication channels. You will interact daily with a community of runners, cyclists, climbers, and outdoor enthusiasts. Additionally, as part of your diverse responsibilities, you will occasionally translate support articles, emails, and social media posts into German.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of COROS products, their features, and customer needs
  • Provide top-tier technical assistance and customer support through email, phone, and other channels as necessary
  • Handle the translation of support articles, marketing materials, and in-app language as needed
  • Capture and document product feedback, forwarding it to the engineering team for continuous improvements
  • Assist in our direct-to-consumer operations in Germany


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong service orientation and community spirit
  • Active interest in physical activities like running, biking, hiking, or other outdoor sports
